The Ratu Rum Liqueur has identified itself with a honest sweet palate that is designed for dessert finish or a sweet sipper on the rocks. Liam explained that his rums are designed to be in balance with the spirit he produces in Fiji, choosing the right spices is as integral as making the rum.
